Please note the following minimum system requirements:
1. Operating System: Windows Vista, XP Mac OS 10.4 and above
2. Web Browser:
a. Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher which can be downloaded for free here.
b. Safari 2.0 or higher, which can be downloaded here.
c. Firefox 2, which can be downloaded here.
3. Media Player: Flash 9 player can be downloaded here.
You can comment on news and blogs, and sign up for the Sire e-mail list.
1. Click 'Forgot Your Password?" in LOGIN section of the Home Page
2. Enter your Username or e-mail address
3. Click 'E-Mail New Password'
4. You will get an e-mail with a new one-time-use password sent to your email address. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password and you’re done.
1. Make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered.
2. Try logging out of the site. clear out your cookies and cache in your web browser tools and then Log In again. This should clear the problem.

3. Click PERSONAL INFORMATION and then edit your full name, date of birth, gender and/or zip code.

4. If a comment hasn't been posted yet, click 'Add New Comment'
5. If you want to Reply To a Posted Comment, click 'Reply' by the comment you want to reply to
